My problem with installing new CorelDRAW I´ve been consulting with guys of Blitzhandel24 and they were able to consult, communicate and solve it step by step every day and finally they helped me and what´s more - all within Xmas time (!), from early morning to late evening on December 24th, 25th ....it´s unbelievable....never in my life I saw such customer focused service. Price OK, quick delivery (electronic), but support is the reason for the low character! I had a question before buying, a feature i needed, and the question do i need the prof or is standard version OK. It only resulted in the answer "they had so many different items, so it was not easy to know". Honestly, if that's the presales support then better delete that department totally, because they are certainly not a plus for the company !

Sklamanie z AVAST SECURITY PREMIUM

Na mojom PC som mal nainštalovaný Avast security free verziu. Neustále ma otravovoalo vyskakovacie okienko o nájdení škodlivého software. Objednal som si teda "Avast premium security" s tým, že tieto "škodliviny" mi to odstráni a budem mať konečne pokoj. Mýlil som sa však a som sklamaný. Zbytočne vyhodené peniaze, otravné okienka vyskakujú aj naďalej. Myslel som, že po oskenovaní PC a nájdení chýb mi ich Avast sec. prémium aj odstráni. Áno odstráni, ale keď "vyhodím" peniaze za ďalšie predplatné. Takže, to čo mi poskytuje tento zakúpený sofware hoci sa nazýva honosne "PREMIUM" mi urobí takú istú službu ako iné free verzie.
