Despite the distance of the herbal products seller being located in Poland I found them to be responsive, fair and easy to talk to via email. Their teas that they offer are effective and come with an extra label in English which helps to be able to know the product in the package. I did have a problem unfortunately after placing my second order which most of it didn't show up within the typical 2 week shipping window. Due to a mix up in their shipping department they accidentally sent my 5 item order to another customer and I then received a partially correct order meant for another person. I was promptly able to communicated this after a few back and forth emails through their website and a language barrier we managed to clear things up. They requested more information in the form of a picture of the label on the shipping box as well as the product inside. Once they saw what I was talking about they have since issued a 100% refund within a few days plus offered to let me keep the item that was intended for another customer. They are pleasant, patient and willing to make their customers happy by changing a stressful situation into a positive one with a simple good faith gesture to retain a loyal customer -Natalie C.

I bought this tea hoping for relief with symptoms of H Pylori and eradication. All I can say so far is that my appetite has increased. My H Pylori pain hasn’t gone away yet. I am only on day 6. I make the tea 9 grams at a time but drink it 3 times a day. I purchased 600 grams of the tea with 3 separate orders. I spent $265 on the tea. I hope it helps.
