Overall service was good. In web shop order was interrupted while mobile number was not in profile but was provided during order but was not counted. Therefore was money via paypal booked in internet bank and caused misunderstanding and quite a lot of hassle. I called to your customer support but could not communicate in English, so I had to write an email, which responses were quick and I could finally understand, that money was only booked but not taken from account.
Would suggest, that regardless in which stage the mobile number will be provided, your eshop should take it into account. Or if phone number is really required in profile only, webshop should not allow to order unless that phone number under profile is provided, checked via SMS. Also money should not be even booked unless all required data are provided and you are sure, that sale will succeed.
