Ich habe mir zwei Paar Schuhe bei SATORISAN bestellt und bin rundum begeistert. Die Bestellung verlief unkompliziert, der Versand war schnell und die Schuhe kamen hochwertig verpackt bei mir an. Schon beim ersten Anprobieren merkt man die ausgezeichnete Qualität. Die Materialien fühlen sich hochwertig an, die Verarbeitung ist sauber und der Tragekomfort ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Dazu kommt das besondere Design, das sich angenehm von vielen anderen Marken abhebt. Auch der gesamte Bestellprozess hat einen sehr professionellen Eindruck gemacht. I’ve been wearing Satorisan shoes for years, and I’m still a huge fan. They’re stylish, incredibly comfortable, and built to last. Whether it’s summer or winter, they’re my go-to shoes for everyday wear. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and they remain comfortable even after years of use. For me, Satorisan has become my favorite shoe brand. My only criticism is that it’s almost impossible to find matching replacement shoelaces. It’s a shame because the shoes themselves last so long that you’d like to keep wearing them for many more years. Highly recommended!

I appreciate the quality and design, the longevity and the ecological approach. Service (the "Harmony Team") is great. In this order I picked 4 pairs, loved 2 of them and sent the other 2 back. Everything at hand at Satorisan worked fine. But the resend process in Germany utilizes UPS as a carrier, which is not a recommendation (you need to print the label yourself, pick-up was late and did not work out due to missing label, shops for drop-off very rare, the package lied dead at the drop-off for more than a week).

I absolutely love your shoes. Every pair I have purchased has been incredibly comfortable, and my experience with your customer service has always been excellent. Communication has consistently been professional, friendly, and efficient, so I honestly have no complaints at all. As for the product range, I sometimes feel that the men’s color options are more interesting and diverse than the women’s. I also think it would be great if the sizing information were tailored to each specific model rather than relying on one general size chart for all styles. That would make choosing the right size even easier. Overall, I am a very happy customer and look forward to seeing your future collections. 😊

While the situation was frustrating, I do not consider Satorisan responsible for mistakes made during the shipping process. What truly impressed me was the way Satorisan handled the problem. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Every email was answered promptly, the express shipping fee was refunded without hesitation, and they continued to follow up with the carrier on my behalf. At no point did I feel ignored or left alone with the problem. The team showed genuine concern and did everything possible to help and keep me informed. Hello, this has been my favorite brand for over 15-20 years. Unfortunately, your product is not available in my country and I only buy online, which sometimes requires replacement and complicates the process. For years I have had a favorite model that I have not been able to purchase - SATORISAN SANDALS VENICE - I like every version, I really hope it goes into production again. Good luck and be healthy!

I've been wearing Satorisan Chacronas for 60-70% of the time in the last 5 years. They are really comfortable - for my feet as well as for my conscious. I love their design, their breathability and their durability. Only thing which I'm sad about: over the years, I have bought 4 pairs of Chacronas up to now, but I won't buy any other. Since with each pair, the shoes have gotten a bit longer as well as a bit more narrow at the tip. The first pair fit really well, but the most recently bought pair (Chacrona Linen) is a good half size too long. Since they are narrow at the tip, I have to carry an empty triangle in the front of my shoes. Still, they are of the most lovely shoes - and there are surely other feet they have not fit earlier, but will fit now.

I guess i brought the first pair of shoes from you 3 years ago. Some grey elephant colored. They are still in good shape. I love them. Now I wanted some new one, similar in a other colour. Unfortunately I recognise that the matrial of the leather seems a little bit thinner. When i will wear them barefoot i can see my toes. And I have some kind of hobbit feet. Its not an issue, that i will send it back but its a little disappointing of the known material. Peace Marc

Ho potuto acquistare un altro modello dal loro sito. Grazie. Consiglio a Satorisan di ripensare, con i suoi disegnatori/progettisti, a come foderare internamente il modello (Enso Gaia) che mi si era rovinato, perché secondo me è molto bello e magari succede anche ad altri acquirenti!

I love my Satorisans with all my heart. I have now one Heisei Suede, one Heisei Gaia, two Benirras, one Enso Gaia and one pair of Sandale that are no longer in the program. My newest pair is the Enso Gaia in Pampas Talisman. It is so comfi and beautiful, I wear it every day. Do what you do forever-it works so very well!!!

These are my absolute favorite shoes—all the models. I own many pairs, but I want to have them all! They stand out from other brands; they are incredibly comfortable, and the feel of the natural materials they are made from is a real pleasure. For me, this is the deciding factor when choosing them.

I was impressed by the originality of the shoes, colourful and very nice design….exactly what I was looking for. I received them in time and the shoes are beautiful, so comfortable, nice details, manufacture and texture! The only thing I got one extra number (because I was told that they fit small) and they are a bit big but I added an extra insole.

I own many pairs of Satorisan shoes and have been wearing your footwear with great pleasure for many years. However, in recent years I have noticed that your sizing has changed significantly. Different models now vary considerably in width and overall fit, which makes it much more difficult to choose the right size. My biggest disappointment, though, is that you discontinued the Venis model. For me, it was simply the best shoe in the world. Please bring it back into production, you will make a lot of people happier!

Unabhängig von der sehr guten Qualität der Schuhe möchte ich auch den Service mit 5 Sternen bewerten. Ein Paar Schuhe die ich eine Nummer zu groß bestellt habe, wurden mir ohne Voraus Zahlung direkt in der passenden Größe zugestellt. Der Kontakt zu Santorin war problemlos und sehr freundlich.

Satorisan shoes are excellent in both quality and style; I've owned four pairs and counting. The only thing that could be improved is the sizing—sometimes they run a little tight, and sometimes a little loose. Overall, I recommend them to people looking for a unique style.

I bought my first Satorisan shoes in a shop years ago in light blue. Recently I bought new ones, exactly the same type in light pink. The quality is high, the shoes walk like slippers and you pay an fair price in my opinion. In short... Very happy with my Satorisan.

Wer 120 € ausgeben will, bekommt m. E. gute Verarbeitung und Passform. Barfuß schlüpfe ich leider mit dem Hacken raus. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Nachhaltigkeit der verarbeiteten Materialien und der i.d.R. portofreie Versand. Schade, dass es andere Farben in meiner Größe schon nicht mehr gab. Apropos Größe: ich habe 46, hatte schon 47 bestellt. Trotzdem passen sie gerade so. 48 gibt es nicht. Liebe Satorisaner, hier könntet Ihr noch nachbessern für alle, die auf großem Fuß leben:-), wenigstens mit dem Hinweis "Fallen klein aus". Würde vermutlich viele Rücksendungen sparen.
