I am genuinely impressed with Satorisan. The quality of their shoes is outstanding: beautifully made, extremely comfortable, distinctive without being over-designed, and clearly built with great attention to materials and detail. After trying and buying several pairs, I can confidently say that Satorisan has become one of my favourite footwear brands. The product itself fully deserves an excellent rating. The company is equally impressive. Orders are processed extremely quickly, communication is efficient, and everything on Satorisan’s side has always been handled promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, there is one weak point in the overall experience: GLS, the courier used for delivery. My experiences with them have repeatedly been very poor. Deliveries have been postponed, alleged delivery attempts have been reported when I was actually at home — and I also have a video intercom system with recording — and even specific instructions to leave a parcel at a GLS Point have been ignored. I want to stress, however, that I consider this a courier issue, not a Satorisan issue, and it does not change my excellent opinion of the company or its products. Satorisan makes genuinely excellent shoes and provides an equally excellent service. I simply wish such a high-quality brand were supported by a delivery service operating at the same standard.

I’ve been a Satorisan fan for years — and I’m probably one of their biggest fans! 😄 I’ve bought countless pairs over the years and I’m still impressed every time. The quality is fantastic, they’re incredibly comfortable, and I love the unique style of the brand. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into the design, materials and craftsmanship. Satorisan has definitely become my go-to shoe brand. I’ve built up quite a collection by now, and I’ll keep coming back for more. Keep up the great work — and please keep creating those amazing shoes! 👟❤️

Ich bin begeistert von SATORISAN! Die Schuhe überzeugen durch ihr außergewöhnliches Design, die hochwertige Verarbeitung und den tollen Tragekomfort. Sie sind nicht nur stylisch, sondern fühlen sich auch beim längeren Tragen sehr angenehm an. Besonders gefällt mir die Kombination aus Qualität, Individualität und dem besonderen Look.

... I have the first pair of the Storisan shoes sinde 3 years, nearly similar from the design. The shoes are excellent, especially this model with a very durable sole and it is fine to walk with them. Recently I had to wear them for sailing - 2 weeks on a huge 12mR Class 90 years old racing boat. My original pairs of deck shoes were slippery, and I therefor used my satorisan shoes to move on the boat and it worked out very very well! I suggest to think about a dedicated model for boating. Ich habe mir zwei Paar Schuhe bei SATORISAN bestellt und bin rundum begeistert. Die Bestellung verlief unkompliziert, der Versand war schnell und die Schuhe kamen hochwertig verpackt bei mir an. Schon beim ersten Anprobieren merkt man die ausgezeichnete Qualität. Die Materialien fühlen sich hochwertig an, die Verarbeitung ist sauber und der Tragekomfort ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Dazu kommt das besondere Design, das sich angenehm von vielen anderen Marken abhebt. Auch der gesamte Bestellprozess hat einen sehr professionellen Eindruck gemacht. Man merkt, dass bei SATORISAN viel Wert auf Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit gelegt wird. Für mich war es definitiv nicht die letzte Bestellung. Wer bequeme, langlebige und stilvolle Schuhe sucht, ist bei SATORISAN genau richtig. Klare Empfehlung!

I’ve been wearing Satorisan shoes for years, and I’m still a huge fan. They’re stylish, incredibly comfortable, and built to last. Whether it’s summer or winter, they’re my go-to shoes for everyday wear. The quality and craftsmanship are excellent, and they remain comfortable even after years of use. For me, Satorisan has become my favorite shoe brand. My only criticism is that it’s almost impossible to find matching replacement shoelaces. It’s a shame because the shoes themselves last so long that you’d like to keep wearing them for many more years. Highly recommended!

I now have, I think, more than 10 pairs of Satorisan shoes - since years the only shoes I wear. The best is the shoes' quality. As you can see on the photo: if you need a swing, take your grandpa's shoes, tie them with their laces around an apple tree's branch and enjoy 🙂

These are the second pair of shoes I’ve bought from Satorisan, and once again, I’m so surprised! The shoes are so comfortable that it’s hard to explain. They don’t just look great—they also fit your feet perfectly. It feels like your feet are wrapped in a soft cloud. ☁️ I absolutely love them! ❤️

I appreciate the quality and design, the longevity and the ecological approach. Service (the "Harmony Team") is great. In this order I picked 4 pairs, loved 2 of them and sent the other 2 back. Everything at hand at Satorisan worked fine. But the resend process in Germany utilizes UPS as a carrier, which is not a recommendation (you need to print the label yourself, pick-up was late and did not work out due to missing label, shops for drop-off very rare, the package lied dead at the drop-off for more than a week).

I absolutely love your shoes. Every pair I have purchased has been incredibly comfortable, and my experience with your customer service has always been excellent. Communication has consistently been professional, friendly, and efficient, so I honestly have no complaints at all. As for the product range, I sometimes feel that the men’s color options are more interesting and diverse than the women’s. I also think it would be great if the sizing information were tailored to each specific model rather than relying on one general size chart for all styles. That would make choosing the right size even easier. Overall, I am a very happy customer and look forward to seeing your future collections. 😊

My most recent order experienced a serious delay due to shipping issues with UPS. The parcel became stuck in transit and an investigation had to be opened. While the situation was frustrating, I do not consider Satorisan responsible for mistakes made during the shipping process. What truly impressed me was the way Satorisan handled the problem. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Every email was answered promptly, the express shipping fee was refunded without hesitation, and they continued to follow up with the carrier on my behalf. At no point did I feel ignored or left alone with the problem. The team showed genuine concern and did everything possible to help and keep me informed. High-quality footwear and equally high-quality customer service. Five stars without hesitation. Hello, this has been my favorite brand for over 15-20 years. Unfortunately, your product is not available in my country and I only buy online, which sometimes requires replacement and complicates the process. For years I have had a favorite model that I have not been able to purchase - SATORISAN SANDALS VENICE - I like every version, I really hope it goes into production again. Good luck and be healthy!

I've been wearing Satorisan Chacronas for 60-70% of the time in the last 5 years. They are really comfortable - for my feet as well as for my conscious. I love their design, their breathability and their durability. Only thing which I'm sad about: over the years, I have bought 4 pairs of Chacronas up to now, but I won't buy any other. Since with each pair, the shoes have gotten a bit longer as well as a bit more narrow at the tip. The first pair fit really well, but the most recently bought pair (Chacrona Linen) is a good half size too long. Since they are narrow at the tip, I have to carry an empty triangle in the front of my shoes. Still, they are of the most lovely shoes - and there are surely other feet they have not fit earlier, but will fit now.

Delivery and support is excellent. Sneakers and now slippers are made of premium materials and are comfortable. It would be nice if they also made a model of a running shoe design with a rocky bottom style for people who don’t suit anatomically flat bottom.

I guess i brought the first pair of shoes from you 3 years ago. Some grey elephant colored. They are still in good shape. I love them. Now I wanted some new one, similar in a other colour. Unfortunately I recognise that the matrial of the leather seems a little bit thinner. When i will wear them barefoot i can see my toes. And I have some kind of hobbit feet. Its not an issue, that i will send it back but its a little disappointing of the known material. Peace Marc

Ho inviato fotografie di modello scarpe Satorisan rovinatesi all'interno, zona tallone, dopo averle usate molto poco: sono stati molto solleciti nel valutare la questione ed ho ricevuto un buono del valore pari a quanto ho speso per acquistarle. Ho potuto acquistare un altro modello dal loro sito. Grazie. Consiglio a Satorisan di ripensare, con i suoi disegnatori/progettisti, a come foderare internamente il modello (Enso Gaia) che mi si era rovinato, perché secondo me è molto bello e magari succede anche ad altri acquirenti!

Die Schuhe sind einfach super! Tolles Leder, super bequem, auffällig anders und trotzdem irgendwie schlicht... Das ist mein 12tes Paar im Schrank. Mein absoluter Lieblingsschuh! Wenn ich EINE Anmerkung jätte, wäre es die Sohlenfarbe, die bei dickeren Sohlen der Schlupfschuhe ein bißchen zu "grell" ist.
