The product's quality is great. I especially like the soles being thick which will work great for Canadian winters. Delivery was quick considering it came overseas and customer service is exceptional being able to answer my questions as I was making the purchase.

Satorisan Venice has wonderfully thick soles and deliciously soft and thick leather uppers. However, all the satorisans I own (5) are not deep enough to accomodate my high arch. The Heisei has interchangeable insoles and laces so I can get more depth but the Venice has one nonremoveable insole and has velcro closures, both of which don't allow enough room.

Fast service I haven’t needed to return anything so I can’t rate the return service. I took a chance in ordering the first shoes online but chose retailers who were either local (so I could return in person) or who offered free returns. I had concerns with sizing and customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful to me in selecting the correct size.
Buying the shoes from Spain, I was concerned they would be delivered to the correct address-they were a gift being mailed to an address different from the billing address. Tracking was provided right up to delivery with no problems.

Four out of five stars for goods only because I would prefer to buy shoes in person, not online. I bought my first two pairs of Heisei from a retailer nearby or one where the returns were free before I dared order directand then I dared buy only Heisei. Taking a chance on Venice this time.
