Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Venho por este meio informar que estou satisfeito com a compra( nova bicicleta) embora a comunicação com o site tenha sido decepcionante ,não consegui voltar a aceder ao mesmo embora me tenha sido atribuida nova password.
Também lamento no acto da compra ter pago duas vezes o seguro e não ter podido anular .
Por ultimo gostaria de recomendar que junto das encomendas enviassem alguns autocolantes e folhetos com novidades!

Had the best deal with bike discount with reasonable items prices and shipping to Malaysia and shipment arrived within 2 weeks from date of purchase! so happy with my purchases and everything received intact. The only delay was at Malaysia custom. thank you bike discount!!
