Everything was perfect
Bike came completely set up and very well packed to prevent from damaging. I only had to adjust few things to my liking. The delivery took 10 days which is completely fine. 10/10 experience and I will definitely use Bike Discount again. It's hard to find anything as a suggestion for improvement. Perhaps, when buying a bike, it would be great if some accessories could be bought together with it, to save on shipping costs.

Very good support for my damaged product
At first they sent me my new helmet and as I checked it I saw some scratches mostly little and unnoticeable with one standing out a bit more but still being unnoticeable from a distance. Then I emailed them about it because I knew that this wasn’t the condition my product was supposed to be at and after sending them photos of the scratches and the packaging they replied to me in the reasonable time of 1 week due to their load giving me the options to return the item back and get a new one or get a 20€ voucher/refund. I told them that I preferred a partial refund as getting a new item would take time and they decided to do what I wanted without hesitation making my lightly damaged helmet which was of course fully functional even cheaper.

Some improvements:
- I would like a more streamline procedure to add an item after the order has been placed but before it is packed. Right now it is required to cancel the whole order via a form. It should be easier to make modifications. I always forget something and since I have to pay shipping I want to optimize the shipping costs.
- I would like to see more/better suggestions based on the current cart selection
- I would like the cart to be saved at the account level and persistent between different browsers. I had saved stuff in my cart on the work computer and the items were gone when I got back home. All with the same logins.

Always i receive items without notifications or delivery to the address. Because my phone number, given here is not present in the postage details. yes, everything was very good and I chose my cargo to come fast because this time I had it with DPD, not DHL, but I don't know if there is a small problem, does Bike Discount only do this while sending to foreign countries because my order is down 5 -6, only in my first order from this site My phone number was written among the shipping information, my cargo was always delayed for 2 3 days in my remaining orders, because we went to the delivery address, but there is a problem because we could not communicate. I spent almost 3.5k to 3.5k

I bought a Bianchi e-Oltre Ultegra Di2 at a really exceptional price. It was shipped in a box that perfectly protected it. Communication (mostly through email) with Bike Discount was very professional and customer service oriented. I can't say anything about the bike itself yet, as I do not need electrical assistance at my main residence (Flanders) but I look forward using it during the long and steep climbs at my secondary residence in the French Alps (note : 64 years old and 90 kgs, so on those long and steep hills I am suffering on my regular bike, in particular when steepness is 8% and above). I am quite confident about the geometry of the bike, as I have some other Bianchi's and I compared the frame geometry of the bikes in use and the newly bought e-Oltre and they are very identical.

It's amazing I love it. Only problem is the delivery price. Other sites significantly reduces or even make it free after 80-100 euro order . And you only reduce 5 euro after 250 euro order .. you know it doesn't matter anymore if a person spends that much and gets 5 euro back. You have customers that don't need that much order so the discount actually makes a difference for those. That is the only thing that discourage me from buying here

4 stars is because descripition of the item, DT Swiss ER 1600 spline rear wheel stated that does not come in original packaging, but it did not say it has been used or B stock or returned....
everything was nicely packed, almost as original, but wheel has some traces of slight use or misuse...it does not affect functionality...
also, my first order was wheelset, but BikeDiscount canceled it after 2-3 days with explanation that wheelset I put in the cart and authorized payment is no longer available....
