I recently purchase a Radon Spire 9.0
The bicycle is really beautifull with the warm gray colored frame, and well equipped for the price, and I did much appreciate all its assembled choices, from DI2 Ultegra, 50mm carbon wheels, cockpit, to the 30mm continental TR tires, all very good choices.
There is rubber plug missing on the exit hole of the front derailleur wire, and also a clip for the wire on the back derailleur. I think also there should be a black plastic cap for the M6 screw for the stem cap, and screws for the bottle cage should also be included.
The sticker on the bottom of the frame, the gray metal one with the QR code is peeling off, and because that is the warranty sticker it should be better glued in. The owner manuals of this bike must be reviewed, as they are useless book form the 90's, don't you agree ?
But in the overall, I'm very impressed with this road machine! Congrats for this great bike you build, it will be a great success.

The bike chain SRAM GX Eagle came without packaging, just in a bag (I wondered if it was original). I have completely trust in Bike Discount but I dont know if some of the early Radon frames were dropshipped from other warehouses or not but my frame came in completely fine, then my girlfriend had two damaged frames on the headtubes, one of which I decided I would rectify the damage myself considering it was minor but none the less the bike is now retired because she has no trust in the damaged aluminum headtube, which in all fairness is completely understandable. When I called customer service they were not happy I called.

I ordered bike parts a couple of times, I always got what I wanted. Their customer service is really something! Honestly, I've never ever seen such a helpful people. I believe, they must have a very good management too. Their prices are very good, they always offer discounts. I kinda miss the free shipping in the EU, but other than that they are pretty much outstanding. Once I felt I want to work at the Bike Discount, I don't know if they hire theoretical chemists. Anyway, I wish I had more money, I could order more stuffs... :)

bitte sorgen Sie künftig dafür, dass man den Kurierdienst auswählen kann, da ich Probleme mit DPD hatte. Dieser Dienst ist zumindest hier in Rumänien eine Katastrophe. Mein Paket ist erst nach 8 Tagen angekommen, was mit DHL noch nie passiert ist. DHL liefert normalerweise innerhalb von 5 Tagen, manchmal sogar in 4 Tagen.
Vielen Dank, und ich würde es bevorzugen, wenn Sie mir zukünftige Pakete mit DHL zusenden würden.

Everything is okay. Purchased few things from Shimano (shadow+ grease and chainring bolt tool), RockShox service kit for Recon standard and a tool from Katana brand (my first interaction with this brand), everything came in good package.
