Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them...
Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here

Great prices and excellent service
Great prices and fast shipment. However, be patient if you live in "remote" countries like Portugal because the tracking in completely useless and incorrect, and the courier companies subcontract the local delivery to anyone with a white van and they are unreliable. This is not only for Bike-discount, I have the same problem with other suppliers from Germany and other parts of the EU. I highly recommend Bike-discount. Just sit back and wait for your delivery to finally arrive! The courier companies need to make some serious improvements to their service. This applies to DHL, GLS and DPD.

Delivery was fine, little issue with bike
Delivery was on little longer side, but still fine. I was informed about shipping with working tracking, which is very nice. Bike arrived assembled and well packed in box box, without any damage.
There was issue with package, but eshop fault as screw holes werent retapped after painiting, in combination with low quality screws caused one of the screw to get stuck and snap, which is quite annoying with brand new bike.
Other then that, satisfied.

Always up to date website and infromations.
In case of a problematic devlivery/order the assistants of the Bike Discount immediatelly respond and solve the problems.
It is simple to check any previous orders, invoices, there have never been any problems with billing-it is huge advantage since we run our continental team's whole spare part support from the Bike-Discount website.

I bought a wheelset and lots of smaller things, and they all came exactly as ordered. I live in Denmark and ordered Wednesday and i had the packet following Monday.
If you want to become better, you should start creating video guides for your products and let customers add reviews for each product. I also really like if a product text is detailed and not just empty marketing.

Excellent web shop : high quality products, competitive prices, very functional and well designed.
DHL deliveries are not as good.. had several bad experiences : "lost items" twice (though easy to recover money it meant I didn't receive the items on time to trips, races, ...) and lately they deliver to pick-up places though I asked specifically to receive it at home.

Huge product choices, you'll find what you're looking for and at an excelente price, however can¡t give the 5* just because the delivery delays are really not great...order preparation itself takes a lot of time, so it's not only carrier related delays, it's on Bike Discount itself. Other then this minor issue everything else as been great so far.

Great Prices, Huge article selection and excellent customer service
This is my top online store for bike stuff. They have a great article selection, the prices are the lowest in the market and their customer service is excellent.
The only thing it could be better is the delivery delays that are a bit long, not only because of the carrier itself but mostly on the time it takes between your order and the shipment.

Some small items were missing from the package received, but bikediscount immediately sent the missing items, and the postage was at their expense. We arranged everything quickly and easily. Delivery was quick and easy. A big contrast to the bike24 site who are terrible. Whenever you want to order something, ask bikediscount!

The products I ordered were exactly what I needed. They were packed properly so that they would not be damaged during transport. The delivery time was a little longer than stated, but that was not Bike Discount's or DHL's fault. The political strikes in Finland at the time had an impact on the matter.

Bike-Discount.de had a great website, clear and accurate sales terms, and awesome shipping. As a US resident I was a bit hesitant to deal with an international store but bike-discount handled everything seamlessly with professional and quick communication and updates regarding my order.

Definitely a possitive review, the bike is awesome and I like it a lot, but two things I didn't like at first - some spokes on the rear wheel was not tightened and the wheel was imbalanced, also the rear derailleur has not been set and the gears was not working properly.

Good price, and fast (enough) shipping
I buy all off my MTB equipment here, wide choice and best price. If you can wait an average of 5 shipping days (Germany to the Netherlands).
The only downside is that they still charge shipping costs even if you order above a certain amount (let's say 100 euros).

Ordering system is perfect. Payment methods could be better. Ideal payment is unfortunately missing only payments by credit card. My credit card was after successful payment without reason rejected by bike-discount, second time it worked well.

Bike delivered within 3 weeks. Goods well protected. Unfortunately, the cable for lowering the dropper is too short. When I turn the handlebar all the way to the left, the saddle falls down. The rest of the equipment works very well.
