Feedback sport mechanic 2.0 fulfilled my expectation, sometimes working outside on a bike in a mobile team or at home. More than enough. Of course for bike shop something with more stability and durability needed like PT. The only thing is some wobbles in telescopic tube in every height, but maybe it is a “feature” not a “bug”, who knows.

Network for post bike purchase could be better. I spent €6k + on a bike and the Fork was leaking oil excessively through the seal after a couple of months. When I reported it to bike discount, the expectation was for me to pull the fork off and ship it to a partner in Germany to look at it. This would have meant up to 3 weeks or more with no bike. I had to bring it to a local workshop for the fork to be serviced at a cost of €300. This should not be happening with a new bike!

I'm very satisfied with the wide range of products, fast response times, and reasonable shipping costs. However, there is still some room to improve the product selection and the information provided for certain items (Suunto). For example, for water bottles it would be very helpful to indicate which bottle cages they are most compatible with. I recently bought a CamelBak Podium bottle, but unfortunately it isn't a perfect fit for my Elite bottle cage. Nevertheless, I'm very happy with the bottle itself.

I am tempted to go lower with the rating but the customer service was very good, providing useful information and a quick reply to my concerns. Abot the order and product, shipping was straightforward, good shipping, no damage, but the problem was with a few loose bolts on the bike that were not properly tightened… i had to find out about the problem late when i was riding nad the battery fell out… After contacting the customer service everything got sorted out, and the bike is very good, i am happy for what i get for the price, shifting is crisp, brakes are nicely tuned and the motor is great. I only got the ride the bike in the city but i feel confident that it can handle the mountains as well.

The fenders look perfect for my bike, though I haven't fitted them yet. I ordered from Bike Discount because I could not find them in stock anywhere in Canada. Unfortunately, I missed the part in the description thst stated they did not come with mounting hardware (the L-shaped brackets to bolt them to my bike), which i luckily was able to purchase through my LBO since the same brackets are used for multiple SKS fender styles.
I would have given 5 stars for the quick service but was disappointed when, after paying 40€ for delivery to Canada, I was charged an additional 20€ by DHL for customs clearance (in addition to duty/taxes). This was an unwelcome surprise.

The Radon Cragger 7.0 itself: Excellent quality-to-price ratio. It came almost fully assembled straight out of the box — just attach your pedals and you’re ready to hit the trails. However, lately the choice of delivery company worsens the overall experience.
DPD often does not follow their own rules and guidelines (as written on their own website), which ranges from deliveries being stuck for days to delivery notifications arriving mere hours before the delivery window...
The quality of DPD deliveries almost begs a motto: "abandon all your plans".
If I will have to chase the delivery driver around the neighborhood again, since he couldn't wait more that 5 seconds after ringing the bell — I will have to look for another store to make purchases at.
An improvement for experience with Bike Discount could be offering customers a choice of delivery company.

Scott addict 40
I ordered a Scott addict 40 from bike discount while there isn't understandable delay while the bike is assembled and put together and for the shipping to Ireland, the bike arrived in good order and as described.
The bike has a cover over a tool compartment underneath the tube. I don't know if I did not connect that cover properly, tighten it correctly or otherwise fit it right (I thought that I had), anyway, the piece fell off and got lost on a ride. I don't even know which ride I lost it on as I may not have noticed it missing for some days.
Anyway, I got in touch with customer service in bike discount and they kindly sourced the part from Scott and Sen it to me free of charge.
For owners of the Scott addict 2026 series, I'd advise a short cord attached to this cover and attached inside the tool compartment to avoid losing the part on bumpy roads. That's what I have done using the replacement part.
The bike itself is a huge step up from my 2012 Ridley Orion. :-)
