I contacted BD via email to ask some questions I had concerning a bike delivery. They replied quickly and to the point to my email. I had sent a similar email to another retail company which sent me an automated reply that didn t cover my question. That was the reason I chose BD and I must say I wasn't disappointed. They are now my go to retail store. These things matter more than a lower price must be rewarded and encouraged.

Great selection, easy browsing and searching, good filtering, usually best prices and fast shipping. What's not to like. The only thing you could do better is include some additional courier besides DPD. In my country I don't have the best experience with DPD. They usually just dump the package in front of main door of my house and don't even ring or call. I'm forced to buy Trusted Shops Buyer Protection for more valuable orders.

Fair and occasional (clearance sales) very good prices. Reply from customer support fast - and very flexible. For instance if you choose the wrong payment possibility, because you are a moron and don't read the checkout page thoroughly as you are supposed to, they are very helpfull in mending the error Have shopped at multiple occasions, and will again in the future. Did I mention, that the shipping time on "in stock items" are only about 2-3 days (and I live in another country than Germany) - that's quite impressive

The bike itself is great! All of Cube’s sizing charts recommended size S, which is otherwise a good fit and not too big to handle, though the dropper post could have been a couple of centimeters longer for a 164 cm rider. The bike was well-packed, but the size of the package was a surprise, as it wasn’t mentioned in the shipping information. A quick guide to the bike’s user interface would also have been nice. Shipping wasn't very fast in the country of origin, but once it reached Finland, it was quick.

I am very satisfied with my overall shopping experience with Bike-Discount. I understand that the transport itself is handled by an external logistics company, but I think Bike-Discount could improve the customer experience by offering better tracking integration or more proactive delivery updates. The ordering process was completely trouble-free, communication about the delivery was excellent, and the package arrived in Denmark within just two days. The prices for the same bicycle parts were around 50% lower than at our cargo bike dealer. Everything went perfectly, and I can definitely recommend Bike-Discount.

Bike-Discount has a great selection of products at very competitive prices. I've ordered from them several times and the deliveries have always been incredibly fast. Their customer support is also excellent, quick to respond, friendly and helpful. The only small downsides are that Klarna isn't available as a payment option, and when using Amazon Pay, I always seem to get redirected to the Italian Amazon site, which is a bit inconvenient. Apart from those minor issues, everything has been flawless. Great selection, great prices, super-fast shipping and excellent service. Definitely 5 stars and highly recommended!

Great variety of parts on good price level. Only backside when getting a shipment by DHL and foremost to Sweden, the delivery time was very long (almost 2 weeks). When sending parcels with Deutsche Post and later on Swedish post, the shipming time was really great (less than a week). Maybe nothing in particular in the hands of Nike Discount, but still, affecting the experience of purchase.

Mostly excellent prices, sometimes equal to and sometimes noticeably better than their main competitors in the EU.Just one note: as one of the largest EU companies for bicycle, parts, and equipment sales, they could have introduced free returns for customers across Europe. Instead, I have to pay two or three times more for return shipping than what I paid for the delivery itself. I hope this will be resolved soon, especially since they partner with DHL and DPD, whereas Bike24, for example, already offers free returns.

The Bike Discount store is the best in Europe. The prices of the goods are the cheapest compared to other stores, but the most important thing is that all the goods are original with an accurate description of the products. My dream is to visit the store in person in Germany and buy a bike from there. It's good that you can shop online because we don't have such a store in Bulgaria.

The packaging was really amazing. I would say 90% of cycle was already assembled. The customer service team, i vouch for them, they are really supportive. However, site is missing to customize a cycle and some frames are there in particular size only. For example my bicycle, the frame is big but even though I maanged it. The saddle is not at all comfortable. I wish i would have got option to customize the gear or saddle etc.

Your webshop is one of the best i know. Great experience, love how easy to traverse through menue forth and back without need to start from beginning of menu for one step back in parts submenues. Also no remark for checkout buy process. It praiseworthy to have delivery outside of Deutschland! Delivery time was understandably . Unfortunately the first package delivered missed one little part, also shipping company didn't have had my mobile contact number noted with package so delivery when onsite couldn't call me so I had to go to pickup point and had also some difficulties to pick it up as I didn't get my pin to unknown mobile for picking it up. With second delivery everything went very well.

Bike Discount is an institution, however, a lot of my orders had missing information regarding my address, either the apartment number, either the phone. I have cheked several times and the data in my account are my complete, I think BD employees rush these things or I just don't know. As a result the delivery man always has problems delivering the package, I must keep a close eye on the tracking and contact the delivery people my self. It shouldnt be too complicated to fill in the entire address and phone number, thank you.

Great store with unbeatable prices but shipping could be a tiny bit better! I've built 4 bikes from scratch purely on parts I've ordered from bike discount. think I must have made up to 30-40 orders by now (no kidding). Their prices are unbeatable! They have "no box packaging" items like brakes and shifters that are intended for bike mechanics so they come in a plastic zip-lock bag instead of a fancy packaging. You basically get a brand new, unused item for 30-40% less than market price. Usually bigger orders are slow to dispatch... I would love if they offered free shipping on more expensive orders -> I've had orders where I'd spend 1000 euros and still had to pay for shipping - seems a bit strange, especially given that other web shops have shipping discounts/deals. Now that I think about it, maybe they shouldn't change anything and just keep prices competitive as they are. If you need a part the next day, there are quicker web shops out there. If you have a bit of time (talking about 3-5 days here for within EU shippinh, nothing major), you really can't beat Bike Discount!

Your prices are competitive, and in many cases noticeably lower than elsewhere. I also really like your simple and convenient return process. One thing I don't like, and I think you could easily improve it, is the delivery service. The courier does not receive all the necessary customer information. In particular, the courier does not receive my phone number, which is important because there is a 90% chance that they may need to call me if I am not at home. Apart from that, you are TOP! The part I received is missing a rubber indicator on one rod, unlike what is shown in the image on your website. Therefore, the item does not fully match the description.On a positive note, email communication has been excellent and fast, which I am very satisfied with. Very good discounts for some e bikes models. I have ordered two e bikes, first one Zemo SU E 10 has arrived. But transportation with DHL ground tranport to Lithuania was not successful. Looks it was an incident - carton box was damaged and frame was scratched. I guess that package was trowed not one time, because cargo rack was deformed and rear mudguard which is fixed to the rack was positioned not under rear wheel. Kickstand mounting two screws was bended and thread in the frame was ruined. I will need about 3 - 4 hours to fix these damages except frame paint scratch. Now I'm worry how successfully the second ordered e bike will be delivered.
