Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Secured items is the best… if shipping to Saudi Arabia will be lesser…

All items were quickly packed to order, and delivered on time, within few days. Parcel tracking system was efficient, showing updates on steps of delivery.
There was no information about returns from Lithuania being that complicated. Turns out I have to organise shipping pay for that myself and hope that the parcel will reach you.
