Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Extensive selection. Delivery outside Germany can be slow.
A very extensive selection within spare parts. Here you'll often be able to find the specific part that seem to be completely unavailable from most other shops.
If you're ordering for delivery outside Germany you may experience that the transfer to the handler in your country takes unreasonably long.
