Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Great selection & great prices - but remember you have to put a reasonable order in because there's 20% vat + a delivery charge to go on top.
Still works out cheaper than buying in the UK for some strange reason.
Be aware though, I am having to return a winter jacket as I followed the sizing guide but it was too small - they won't exchange it ( probably down to more post costs ) so I have to except a refund ( lost the vat on it although I can try to reclaim that - hassle ) so I'd have to reorder which means post costs are mine again.
So I'll leave it untill I want alot more gear..
All in all, when spending on a fair amount of stuff, it's worth it - but if in doubt about clothing sizes, order 2 sizes & return the 1 you don't want - easier & cheaper

Would have needed a quick start Guide to know how to setup the e-bike. The documentation provided is too confusing.
