Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

One of my favorite online stores
I've been ordering from Bike-Discount since 2016 and there hasn't been a single wrong or problematic order, so absolutely nothing negative so far.
The web page is very well structured, easy and intuitive to use.
Pleased with the prices offered, which are common sense, the quality of the products is good, the packaging is very good, and on the transport side, there were never any problems with the transport to RO.
