Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
I ordered the product, it was delivered in order. I then returned it and the payment was returned to my account within 2 days. I give 5 stars and recommend.

Schnelle und tolle Lieferung. Ich hatte bisher nur gute Erfahrungen mit dem Store, es kam immer schnell an und immer gut Verpackt. Gute Preise und gute Auswahl/ Angebot an Produkten. Ich kann den Shop nur loben und weiterempfehlen.
