Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
I got the product as requested, only took long because of custom checks in the UK and holidays

This was my first time using bikediscount and I was a bit sceptical as the price was so good.
I ordered a complete di2 ultegra groupset which was coming in nearly €1000 cheaper than retail and definitely a lot cheaper than anything I could find in Ireland.
I went with the extra postage insurance to extra security.
Everything came on time and well packaged. I’m still really chuffed I saved so much.
