Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Risky multi-purchases

This is not my first order with this shop. In order to lower overall shipping cost I decided to buy few items in one parcel. One of the items that arrived was wrongly labelled by BikeDiscount (other size than I have ordered). I have instantly written to the shop and asked they send me the correct item I have ordered. The support response time was very reasonable. I have been given a label to send the wrong item back, but instead sending me the initially ordered (correct) item, BikeDiscount went more comfortable route for them - they have just refunded me the cost of the returned item and closed the case. In the end I had to order it somewhere else and pay the shipping cost twice. I think they could have resolved the issue they have caused better than this - especially when a customer requested that and the whole issue wasn't my fault. Be aware of this when placing a multi purchase with this shop.

The amount was deducted three weeks before shipping. And customer service doesn’t respond to eMails. Tracking link doesn’t work either. Hope the Bike will arrive eventually.

I didnd receive my parcel. The delivery company, DHL, said that they delivery my purchase to the hotel NOVUM ALDEA BERLIN and the Hotel deny received it. Supposedly MR SHIRINOV, employed' hotel, received my parcel but I talked with him and they said thay he never didn'd received my purchase .So, somebody is lying... all is too weird... and had to came back to my country with muy parcel

No solution for mislabeled item, poor customer service, only positive reviews are published

Bought a tool that does not do what the description says (Freewheel remover that can only remove cassette lockrings, not freewheels). Poor customer service when I try to resolve, operator clearly does not bother to read/understand my comments. I then try to post a review to prevent other customers making the same mistake, but only 5-star product reviews are published.

10022400104 Ordered parts on Feb 10. As of March 3, still not here. They sat apparently at an airport for two weeks awaiting booking on a plane. There was no movement until I complained. The next day, they made it on a flight. Still en route. I paid, what, $50, for shipping? I wonder what bike-discount does to make this right …

I ordered a parcel, for which I had to pay an additional fee for customs clearance when I received it. I wrote to the support service, the correspondence has been going on for a very long time, it seems that I am answered by incompetent people who do not want to help solve my problem.

They sold used item as new. After reclamation the approach was very arrogant. I needed to ship the item back and they rejected to send the correct item back until they have investigated the returned item causing at least 3 weeks of additional delay due their own fault.

No notification about delivery date from DHL. Bike came with frame defect. I was proposed 75eur voucher what is not in line with European consumer law.
