Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
I think it’s a good variety of products. I particularly like when I can quickly filter what I’m looking for, however there is still a room for improvement i.e. applying product specific filters
Not reliable at all. If you have a chance to buy in other shop, do not buy in this one. They sold me, they confirmed delivery and finally send me the fork I did not order. Than they told me they do not have the fork I paid for. I proposed they send me similar for the price (promotions ended and prices raised) but the refused. They do not care how much loss they caused on my side. No reflection, no client friendly solution. Just: we do not have what you paid for and it is your problem and if you have to pay more now we do not care. My recommendation: do not buy anything valuable in this shop (i.e. bike, fork, frame, wheels, etc.). Just don't.

bad costumer service
Sometimes, true relationships are revealed in difficult times. Here too
I have ordered many times without too many problems. Delays and mistakes happen.
But the last time was particularly frustrating. There are two errors in the same order and no acknowledgment.
Deferent description on the website whit what I received.
During the holidays, they want me to return the items to send the correct ones, which they don't even have available on their site. This means at least 1 month delay.
To "German" Costumer policy.
There's nothing to be sorry about.

Costly returns
I order some clothing, but it was too big for me, so I wanted to return it. However, the shipping costs for the return need to be born by me. The cost is about 30€, so it'll be way cheaper to go to a tailor and try to fix the garment.
