Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Placed 4 orders in half a year, ordered a bunch of different products, from parts to accessories, each time everything was great, shipping was fast, product quality is good.

Competetive prices, full of variety and fast shipping but they have very restricted rules like not being able combine any package for two seperate orders given the same day
I like the speed of the shipment, the packaging of the products and the speed of the shipment. I did not like the speed of delivery and the manner of the transport company.

Worth the (occassional) wait!
Great prices, clear interface, everything seems to work well. Shipping times are sometimes around a week (I'm in Belgium) but all in all it's a great shopping experience.

Quick responses but the delivery of bikes took rather long time (4 weeks?) from the parcels were handed over to the logistic partner. Only minus is the delivery times.

Smooth ordering process from start to finish. The transportation cost feels high but that is probably because we have gotten used to free delivery for national orders.
