Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
De laatste 5 a 6 weken 2x iets besteld, 2x supervlot geleverd. Juiste spullen, juiste maat, kleur enz. Dik tevreden over Bike discount. Henk lier Staphorst.

Great choice, expensive clothes and shipping
I like great choice of articles.
I dont like;
Biking clothes is too expensive.
Shipping to countries outside of germany is too expensive.
Articles often dissapear from shop and sometimes waiting is too long to article become available again.

Prices are hard to find out, one price shown on the goods but when you check out the prices are corrected to higher prices, that is very annoying.
When asking support about why that is, no response at all, not good customer support. Besides that ok.
