Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

The processing time is slow. Waiting 14 days for item on stock is insane. All the responses i got were AI generated and now DHL shipping time is 9 days from Germany to Slovenia? All together almost 1 month for item you had in stock in shipped within EU. By the way I still didnt recieve order.

Due to your misleading information on tour pages concerning sizes I ordered the wrong size. You did not want to stand for the return freight so I had to pay 2x freight without getting the shoes. Very poor service!

In our webshop we inform you transparently in several places about the assumption of the return costs. Missing products & ridiculous customer support

I ordered 8 products products (550 EUR worth) and got delivered 2 products (less than 200 EUR worth). On top of that, the Assos bib shorts came unboxed and out of the package. Just thrown in the delivery box with some paper. Imagine paying for an iphone and getting it in bulk along with a cable and a box... The customer support agent asked me for pictures of the delivered box and stopped answering my mails for 2 weeks. I got to another support via the phone, but agent keeps demanding pictures of the delivered box (at this point 2 weeks from delivery date), like a f***** robot. As if it would somehow prove that I am missing a saddle, two jerseys and what not. Now I am missing urgent gear for a race, wasting time writing pointless emails and I am down 350+ EUR. My experience is ridiculous beyond belief!

When you send stuff to the Czech Republic, it means within EU, why you require customs processing? It's completely unnecessary and it slows down a delivery time. I ordered several orders and once it goes directly without custom and twice trough customs. When I asked customs officers, why it goes to customs processing, they said that because you guys Bikediscount required it. Why? Within EU it's nor needed. You should make an order on your distribution dept. guys....
