Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Always count with delivery chaos. Though you will always get your bike and products, though it may take time. The bike package is outstanding well packed. If something is missing in your package Bike Discount will fix it! Just call them even if you are in panick mode, they will help you. And they will solve all the problems fast.

Great shop for bicycle components
Fast service, well packed and always reliably delivered all items.
Very bad they don’t respond to my emails after I asked for help 4 days ago without answer
because I have a parcel stuck in a DHL pick up point and when I did go the pick up pint said they don’t have it so I’m waiting for my 591 euro parcel 2 weeks now and they don’t bother at all
