Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
The bike came without pedals and the customer support staff is not well informed, thus, I am still waiting for a response.

good prices but when stock is out you cannot order but only leave your adres to get a signal when it's back in stock. I would like the choice to just order

Great place to by my bike gear. I am riding MTB and have used B-D for many years and have experienced that parts for older bikes with discontinued technology are pretty farst taken of the shelf. I would appreciate if older technology parts would be available longer at least as parts that can be ordered with longer lead time.
