Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
There was a problem in shipping. Im waiting my order already more then 20 days. By tracker its still stucked in Germany.

Easy platform to buy....plenty of…
Easy platform to buy....plenty of parts. The filters do not work properly. The delivery time is right for my country. After a specific amount of money i believe shipping cost should be free.

Prijs are competitive. Dpd délibéré to belgium was nog goed. They delivered my package at a lick point at 12 km from my home without notification!

Add possibility to international courier.
Only thing I’d like to be different, is the selection of couriers. When shipping outside Germany both DHL (Deutsche post ) and DPD hands the package over to the local post service - from experience this causes several days of delay and uncertainty.
It would be better if you could add international courriers like GLS with them it is easier to track and have packages delivered to a service point.
