Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Very good value for money very fast postage would highly recommend.

Excellent experience, awesome packing
It was a nice experience buying a bike from your shop. The package and all the items were in the perfect condition. Just I had to buy a grease for pedals. It might be nice if you also include a small package of grease as well so the buyers can start using the bike immediately.

I REALLY Like how everything is at such a good price , every time I wanna buy something thats way too expensive I just head to bikediscount nad find that same product with 50-60% off . Its amazing . Bike Dicount tho shouldnt have a 15$ shippingg because when I wanna buy something I will have to waitt for my friends to buy so that I can put my product in their's order to avoid paying 15$ for shippinh
