Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
I´ve ordered several times and the orders have arrived in time and without trouble but in this case, no. And a big no! I don´t think it´s Bike Discounts fault but DHL just sends the package in a loop in Germany. It doesn´t inspire confidence in further orders. It´s soon been a month since the order and for the past 2 weeks the package just travels around in Germany. Back and forth between Hamburg and Neumünster...

Good offer at a fair price for replacement components of an old bike.
I already bought 2 ebikes from this retailer and I'm very happy with my Cube bikes.

One of the best shops out there
I prefer buying cycling gear in this shop, because they have a variety of products and their prices are excellent. I often spend more than 100 Euro so free delivery is a bonus. They’re quick and reliable.
