Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Purchased rockshox domain forks, 12 speed slx cassette, chain & a new chain ring, all for €600. Materials are all really good and delivery was quick. Cannot fault bike-discount.de really happy with my products. I have used them before and will definitely be using them again.

Good prices . Pay attention when you log in to the website, the tax is not defined as that of the destination country.
Only when you proceed to final payment do you know the total fees paid for each item without transportation.
Exemple:
Campagnolo - Zonda C17 shimano weelset ...........................359,99€
Item nº 20033962
Proceed to checkout .................................................................359,99€
Payment ( without transportation ) .........................................372,09€
Now allredy with the portugusese VAT ... When the customer logs in, they should be aware of their country of residence.

It usually works, but...
It usually works fine, but when it doesn´t work the support and help has to work. Otherwise customers go somewhere else. In this case the package is doing ping-pong in Germany for the past week and a half and doesn´t seem to find it´s way to the right place. Since DHL doesn´t care about their packages (obviously) doing races between two german cities you have too. You are very slow to answer e-mails and that doesn´t inspire confidence in Bike Discount as a company. If you have to much backlog, either see what´s wrong with that or hire more people. Customers need information when it doesn´t go to plan, silence means you don´t care, it´s that simple. I´m now leaning on cancelling the order completley and request my money back, but will see, I´ll give you a few more days.
