Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
I buy most of my Mtb apparel here for the past 3 years. Always safe and reliable, delivery takes about 5-6 working days from Germany to Ireland.

The shipping cost to Madeira island should be rethought, there are other online shops with cheaper and faster shipping prices using the same carriers, shipping is also restricted to different components !

Good price, flexible returns, good support, overall very good, best online bike shop.
Room for improvement: option to combine/merge two orders when still unshipped. A bit more friendly with delivery/returns for other EU states (Baltic :) )
