Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

It's a great shop. Has its flaws in customer service area though...

It's a great shop when it comes to the variety of goods, choice of parts/brands etc. However, the customer service sometimes lacks responsiveness. Some rather simple inquires take quite a long time to be answered. Their response time is slightly better when the communication is in German.

Dismal Shipping experience

Shipping has been dismal. I opted for DHL and paid extra to ensure on time delivery. My package from Germany to Portugal has been in transit for 20 days and is still not delivered. My enquiries with Bike Discount are responded many days after my queries, and are often vague. I doubt I will buy from BD again or recommend them as a reputable site.
