Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Everything from purchasing, pricing and variety of products was great. My only complain is very expensive shipping cost for Croatia. In case that shipping costs were lower, probably will purchase more stuf often..

The item i ordered showed signs of previous use. I was offered a credit of €10, which didn’t even cover the postage cost. In my view the credit didn’t make up for the fact I received a used part. In future i will look elsewhere for my items.

Good offer and services / appreciate a discount from time to time
Overall im very satisfied with BikeDiscount offer and services.

Does not take responsibility for their inaccurate product descriptions
I bought a bottom bracket installation and removal tool from their website on order 17072301551. On the product page, it says it works with BB30 bottom brackets. It also states that "With its accuracy of fit and ease of use, this bottom bracket tool not only protects the frame, but also the nerves.", and "Particularly precise fit and gentle on the frame". This is though not the case and the tool impacts the frame of my bike and the tool could not install the bottom bracket bearings. Nowhere on the page is there a warning that the tool might not work with every frame and they clearly state that it works with BB30 bottom brackets.
Instead of accepting a return of the tool and taking responsibility for their inaccurate product description, the customer support agent has blamed me for the issue. This is extremely disappointing as I otherwise have had good experiences with the shop. But from other reviews, I can gather that this is common that they have inaccurate product descriptions and do not take responsibility for it,

It used to be that they would ship the order immediately in the past, but this year they took 3-5 business days so ship products that I made sure were IN STOCK.
Other than that it's ok.
