Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

It used to be that they would ship the order immediately in the past, but this year they took 3-5 business days so ship products that I made sure were IN STOCK.

Since Brexit and the exit from the European customs zone, shipments to the UK have to be cleared and taxed. You will be notified by the delivery company about the payment of customs duties, unfortunately we have no influence on this.
We thank you for the understanding.
Practice the anti theft marquing on bike will be a Good idea.
However, prices are very competitive.

If you live in other country do not order clothes etc because you have to pay shipping and it’s usually more than the item costs. And the customer service is bs.
