Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Malaysia customer. Placed order on 10th June 2023. Received tracking number on 13th June 2023. Arrived at KLIA POS Malaysia 23rd June 2023. Picked up at POS Malaysia International Hub on 24th June 2023 and paid SST 10% of total order price. You can also ask Pos Malaysia to pay the taxes for you but I think this process will take a few more days to arrive at your door step.

I placed around 25 orders for bikes, trainers and bike parts through 7 years. They have excellent prices and availability. There was no single flaw in deliveries or warranty/return claims issues. Shipping to Poland via DPD and DHL without issues. I recommend this store!
