Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Well designed box apart from plastc protectors on swivel wheel nuts. The wheel cannot move if put the black plastic heads on the small nuts.
The bike box was sent promptly until it arrived in Portugal where DHL did not ring my buzzer or inform me of delivery. I work from home so always there.I did not know my neighbour had taken my delivery but only put a note in my letterbox! I dont check that every day! Useless DHL! Otherwise happy with ease of construction. Let me see how it performs during the years

Good selection of products, fair price, good communication channels.
It would be even more nice to have the option to select a package box(automat) of the delivdery provider (for example DPD box).
I prefer DPD (from bike-discount) because I can redirect the parcel to a box in case I am not available at the delivery address
Intolerable response time for damage good replacement
I receiver damaged rear wheel 11.3. End cap of free wheel was missing. I was promised to send me replacement asap. It has now taken more than 8 weeks! Nothing has happened. Only several short answer after each inquiry. It is intolerable long time.
