Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Good response by staff, ok payment options, quite good delivery time, not so good pacaging in case of bigger pacage box angles opened but this time all material delivered

2 stars because DHL doesn't brings the package to the client, They hands it over to the local post and it wastes too much time. In addition, the cost of DHL is too high so that they do not carry out the complete service.
I haven't received the package yet.

In regular shipping with "DHL Paket", the shipment is handed over at the border of the local postal companies. We are sorry that the delivery obviously took a little longer. Probably this also has to do with the necessary customs clearance for delivery to your country. We are working on the option to offer our customers shipping with DHL Express in the future. In this case, the package will then be handed over directly to the customer by DHL.

Quality of products is great. Minus one star for poor communication. If you order bike, expect to stay in silence with no explanation about the delivery times. Second identical ordered bike came two times faster and no one explained why :) yet, will buy here again.
