Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Very satisfied with shopping in the store. It would be more convenient to see the price immediately with the tax. Thanks!

Great prices and almost always have the items I need in stock. Packing and shipping time could be a little better. In spring orders normally was packed the same day - now it's often1-2 days after order is placed. That makes the delivery time to denmark a little over a week - normally I could order Sunday and be shure to have my order Friday. But the large assortment is still an advantage and the same applies to the reasonable prices.
