Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
This was my second purchase and again I am totally pleased with the whole service. Transaction went without any problems. Very fast shipping. And merchandise was 100% conform to th e descripion provided. Definitely this will not be my last order in bke-discount.de :-).

Delivery has been stuck in DHL parcel center Germany for soon 3 weeks. NO support from DHL why delivery not sent. Alternativt contacting seller the informera the will stsrt an investigation, though NO answer yet one week after I asked them to help. No delivery, poor support.
