Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Great prices, slow shipping

Great prices, but the slowest shipping ever. Takes 3 weeks to hand the package to DHL and even then sends only the bike itself. Need to wait even more for all parts

Advertised bike setup included Shimano BR-MT200/UR300. Received Clarks Clout 1. Sellers response: "Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated ongoing disruptions in global supply chains, individual illustrations and equipment lists may differ from the delivered bicycles. The manufacturer reserves the right to replace certain components with qualitatively equivalent ones."

Wrongly advised by BD

I’m a bit disappointed that I requested help via the contact us on the website and I bought the exactly part the person asked me to and unfortunately it was the wrong part. I found out how hard it is to return an item and the worse part, I was told I have to pay for the item to be returned from Ireland to Germany as well pay another 10 euro to deliver another part, this time the correct one. It would be a surprise but BD should have stepped in and assumed the mistake as helped me out.

Very happy with the bike but delivery was slower than advertised

Great bike for a good price. Packaging and pre-assembly was all in order. Delivery took a bit longer than advertised: 23 instead of the 18 days stated on the website. That's not too big of a problem and when I asked for an update the reply was very quick. Still I would've liked communication about the delivery date to be more proactive.
