Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Simple, easy, delivering takes a couple of days outside Germany but atleast you get what you order!

Logistics was poor. Finnish Posti changed the delivery Location and basically didn’t inform at all about that. That is the reason why I was not able to collect My order on time, and now it is on way back to Germany. Not happy at all.

Poor delivery
When we made order, delivering was 5-7 days and now it has taken 22 days (15 working days) and we still not know were the bike is coming…
