Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

The e-shop is great and shipment is not
The e-shop is great and have a big assortment.
But the shipping is bad. I have ordered bicycle and some equipment. It was a mess with shipment. But I was surprised that my order was splitted in two parts and now I still wait for the rest of order. So, it takes around month to get your order. It's pretty uncomfortable.
You should be patient to wait your order.

In order to protect the ordered items, we carefully packed them in two packages and handed them over to the logistics partner on the same day. Apparently, the shipment that was on its way by freight was delivered to you faster. The other shipment seems to be still on its way, but has already crossed our national border and is on its way to you. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
