Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
I ordered one short but you don't have the exact color, sent me another color without any confirmation from my side

Good prices and delivery times. I give only 4 stars as to return products from Romania you nees to pay yourself. Other online vendors offer free returns to Romania. Next time I will choise other vendor.

Had problems with delivery. Bike-Discount somehow managed not to deliver my phone number (which I correctly typer to my order…). Contacted Bike-Discount, which solved the problem by sending me only a phone number (which cost to call…) to solve my own problems. The guy at the Bike-Discount customer service was kind of rude. Not going to order anything from here probably.
