Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem.
First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop.
Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Order never arrived.
Ordered a €+1k item. It never reached me and was returned or recalled to the sender. They said they could not resend it although they had it back. I’m not sure it actually existed and suspect a scam. Fortunately Amazon Pay gave me my money back.

The refund was arranged by us, even if it was booked via Amazon, and was made at your express request. Of course, we would have been happy to send you the goods again. The many positive reviews of our shop should make it clear that this is not a scam, and we would like to expressly and formally defend ourselves against this accusation.
Nevertheless, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused, even though we had no direct influence on the delivery by the logistics partner.

Great Service from Bike Discount
Bike Discount actual had the part in stock as advertised unlike so many other online shops. The part was dispatched within 24hrs of ordering, i received it within a few days and it was in perfect condition. Very happy with the service from Bike Discount and would highly recommend them.
Everything was as expected, except there was a delay of a few days before my order shipped.
Free shipping or a discounted shipping charge would be nice for higher value orders.
