Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

I ordered a mavic 30 wheelset with XDR body, confirmed as welk, I received the 30 euro cheaper wheelset with HG, after complaining they send a XDR body for DT swiss that doesn't fit. They dont have any knowledge and a lot of misinformation on their site.

Excellent web shop : high quality products, competitive prices, very functional and well designed. DHL deliveries are not as good.. had several bad experiences : "lost items" twice (though easy to recover money it meant I didn't receive the items on time to trips, races, ...) and lately they deliver to pick-up places though I asked specifically to receive it at home.

Great experience

My experience is great until now. I have ordered twice and the items were not harmed and in perfect condition. Large variety of items and good prices. The only thing that could be possible better, is the estimated delivery time.

Radon Render AL 8.0

Bike delivered within 3 weeks. Goods well protected. Unfortunately, the cable for lowering the dropper is too short. When I turn the handlebar all the way to the left, the saddle falls down. The rest of the equipment works very well.

No parts, no money back, no communication

I have ordered some very specific parts, e.g. a headset for Radon Swoop. I have never received it. Bike Discount has sent the package through DHL, which has contracted another carrier. I have never received the package, even if it appears as delivered. I have notified the situation to Bike Discount. First, they said they have to sort it with DHL, a process which would take 5 days. 5 days have long been done, I have spoken with Bike Discount on the phone, asking them nicely to either deliver a new package, or refund until this sorts out. I did not receive any answer. I was continuosly told to wait. I cannot use my bike. I contacted DHL, in order to report the situation my self, I was told it is not their business and that I had to cotact the contractor. I tried for a few hours to contact Cargus, the subcontractor, the line is always busy. I am currently on the phone with Bike DIscount, I called them for one hour, they are not answering. This is the first time it happens. Was I blacklisted? In conclusion: no parts, to answers, no refund. I even wrote Bike Discount an e-mail saying I really don t want to write such a review, but still no answer.
