Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Good prices, Fast delivery

I step upon the Bike inn and i found very good prices. I needed a side bag for my Bike and after i chosen one i saw other sites and Bike inn had the best price. I didn't knew the site but i tried it. I got my order very fast and the item was everything the Bike Inn announced. Very pleased with the service.

I did not receive tracking link for my bikes delivery but issue was solved promptly by the customer service. This was my second bike purchase from Bike Discount, first bike had assembly issues but this one was proper out of the box. I wonder the separate delivery of pedals and side stand, in my opinion they could be delivered together with the bike. In all I'm quite happy with the two eMTB's delivered

They stated sizes on bike jersey that was way of. Than they wanted me to pay for the return shipping cost! They should have payed for an exchange of the product for free.

Think if your buying from abroad

Could have warned me I would have to pay import duty on my order. Still would be my cheapest option as I couldn't buy shifters in UK without brake caliper

Items were dispatched but no tracking

Items were dispatched but tracking was not available within Germany which is very weird. Finally the delivery details were provided the same morning items were delivered.

Good site, poor communication

It is easy to find what I need, but after ordering I get few updates on the order status. 3 days after placing the order, I am still wondering if it is filled, or shipped, or maybe forgotten?

Time for response. My package got stuck for few weeks and once I contacted you, it got solved quite fast but the time for response via email is super slow. I had to make a phone call and push. Now my fork had some issues and I am waiting for their answer. Again, too slow!!!
