Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Not happy with customer service and delivery

First attempt with delivery was not successful after 2 weeks waiting to be delivered. When I wrote to bike-discount.de Customer service dept. to inform them about the problem they said "there is probably a slight delay from courier but will be delivered." A few days later DPD put in system "address is not complete" (though I had received packages from this seller to this address before) and package will be returned to the seller. Then bike discount told me they will re-send it immediately with another courier when package is back with them. A few days later the seller send me a tracking code that it's been sent. 5 days later I check with tracking number and still no information for any movement of the package whatsoever! I wrote to Customer service again (already 4 emails, 2 cases opened and 2 phone calls!) and later that same day I receive a notification from DHL it will be delivered on Saturday which will be exactly 27 days since my purchase for package delivery within Germany (Berlin)! Definitely not the service I expected as I thought I was buying my bike wheels from a reputable online shop.

Intolerable response time for damage good replacement

I receiver damaged rear wheel 11.3. End cap of free wheel was missing. I was promised to send me replacement asap. It has now taken more than 8 weeks! Nothing has happened. Only several short answer after each inquiry. It is intolerable long time.

Different prices when looking for a product and when ordering one?!?!

I can not understand why the prices are diferent when I'm just lookink for a product and then when I order one... when I order it the price goes allways up for a couple of percents... why?

Very bad they don’t respond to my emails after I asked for help 4 days ago without answer because I have a parcel stuck in a DHL pick up point and when I did go the pick up pint said they don’t have it so I’m waiting for my 591 euro parcel 2 weeks now and they don’t bother at all

Not for Overseas orders- TOO SLOW even with DHL

I made an order almost a month ago, paid more for shipping and selected DHL considering that it will be fast, and yet almost a month after and I still don’t know when the items will arrive

Schönes Bike aber…

Hab mir seit langer Zeit mal wieder ein Fahrrad zugelegt. Lieferzeit ca. 3 Wochen wie angegeben. Verpackung/Lieferung super. Leider habe ich mega Probleme mit der Schaltung diese springt und hakt, grade bergauf habe ich schon echt geflucht, wenn die Pedale auf einmal nen sprung machen. Hätte erwartet das ich an einen neuen Fahrrad erstmal nicht Hand anlegen muss.

Horrible delivery and customer service

Site falsely promises 1-3 days delivery time, while I waited 2 weeks for my order. You pay for shipping by DHL, which hand over the parcel to local post service. Bike-discount customer service is not interested in filing a complaint to DHL, nor reimbursing you for the service they sold you, but didn't deliver based on terms you agreed to when making an order.
