Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Een deel van mijn pakket ging verloren tijdens de zending via Bpost. Bike Discount aarzelde geen moment en verzond de ontbrekende artikelen opnieuw.

First ebike order: ordered at 11pm, shipped the next day at 11am.
second ebike ordered and shipped within a week.
First order of accessories shipped within a few days. Delivered within 4 days.
Second order of accessories shipped within two days. Delivered within 14 days. The shipping company handed over the package to Czech Post. Package damaged and opened. I had to make phone calls to have the package found and delivered to me. DHL and DPD please do not hand over parcels to the Czech Post or the delivery time will be doubled with an uncertain result. 😂🙏

Dont colaborate with HP (Croatian post delivery service) because they delay the delivery always.
