Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Delay and delay

I ordered bike. Shipping time up to 18 days. more than 22. I texted them. Then bike is packed and should be handled to delivery in 2 days. another 5 and still not handled to dhl.

The seller changed the carrier without my consent. I deliberately chose to purchase from Bike Disout using the carrier DPD. If I had known that the parcel would arrive by DHL courier, I would not have decided to purchase it. The store doesn't see any problem with it, but I had very big problems receiving the shipment.

DHL Freight in Germany are not good, and they do not respond at all to emails, my bike arrived late and I missed an important event, Because of this the discount is not worth the hassle, it took 26 days from order date to recieve the bike.

Not happy with customer service and delivery

First attempt with delivery was not successful after 2 weeks waiting to be delivered. When I wrote to bike-discount.de Customer service dept. to inform them about the problem they said "there is probably a slight delay from courier but will be delivered." A few days later DPD put in system "address is not complete" (though I had received packages from this seller to this address before) and package will be returned to the seller. Then bike discount told me they will re-send it immediately with another courier when package is back with them. A few days later the seller send me a tracking code that it's been sent. 5 days later I check with tracking number and still no information for any movement of the package whatsoever! I wrote to Customer service again (already 4 emails, 2 cases opened and 2 phone calls!) and later that same day I receive a notification from DHL it will be delivered on Saturday which will be exactly 27 days since my purchase for package delivery within Germany (Berlin)! Definitely not the service I expected as I thought I was buying my bike wheels from a reputable online shop.

Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of returning goods from every country. If it is a justified complaint, we will of course bear the costs for the return shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return costs from Finland for selection orders and similar transactions. We inform our customers transparently on our website about our return conditions and therefore kindly ask for their understanding.

No discounts and long delivery times.

Delivery to Finland takes almost 2 weeks in practice. Earlier history isn’t involved in anyway in pricing - I mean there are no rewards or free delivery costs of being a long time customer or even if you buy for example more than 200 euros.

Intolerable response time for damage good replacement

I receiver damaged rear wheel 11.3. End cap of free wheel was missing. I was promised to send me replacement asap. It has now taken more than 8 weeks! Nothing has happened. Only several short answer after each inquiry. It is intolerable long time.
