Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
I don't give a higher score, because in the products I purchased, they charged a higher price than what they presented on the website, which is not correct, nor was there any justification for this.

There was an issue with the initial package...delivery company didn´t send it...but Bike-Discount quickly solve the problem, and I did get my products
Shipping way too slow. The order was sent a week after I ordered it.

The weakest point is time to ship items. In March 2024 it takes 3 days to ship from warehouse.

Shipping options
Everything with my orders is fine, only problem is the expensive shipping costs to Bulgaria via DHL, if you find another option for cheaper it would be perfect. Thank you for your good work and all the best

Delivery took longer than expected, that could be improved. Ideally with faster shipping options or at least clearer timelines. Otherwise, the products are exactly as they should be and at great prices. Will recommend.
