First ebike order: ordered at 11pm, shipped the next day at 11am. second ebike ordered and shipped within a week. First order of accessories shipped within a few days. Delivered within 4 days. Second order of accessories shipped within two days. Delivered within 14 days. The shipping company handed over the package to Czech Post. Package damaged and opened. I had to make phone calls to have the package found and delivered to me. DHL and DPD please do not hand over parcels to the Czech Post or the delivery time will be doubled with an uncertain result. 😂🙏

Excellent turnaround on my order. Within hours. Stock control is excellent. If it’s out you give an expected due date that’s often exceeded. To do better- I build my order over a feed days as I need items but if I don’t place the order within a few days the basket is emptied and I have to start again - if that could be sorted would be great. Also if items go out of stock while in my basket you remove the item without a message or stock out message and I don’t realise it’s gone out of the basket.

First of all, great bikes at super low prices. The search for new equipment should start with Bike Discount. The order arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. The bike came practically ready to ride. Contact with the seller 5 stars. I recommend it to literally everyone. If I were to find any disadvantages, it would be the selection of available bike versions on the website. Sometimes we just have to give up something for the sake of something else.

Vzhľadom k tomu, že som urobil v tomto obchode viacero objednávok a všetky boli vždy v poriadku, tak ani nemám v podatate žiadne výhrady. Jediná vec, že pre objednávky konkrétne k nám na Slovensko sa zmenilo poštovné a cena každej položky sa o cca jedno percento zvýši ak prejdete k platbe...

The bike box was sent promptly until it arrived in Portugal where DHL did not ring my buzzer or inform me of delivery. I work from home so always there.I did not know my neighbour had taken my delivery but only put a note in my letterbox! I dont check that every day! Useless DHL! Otherwise happy with ease of construction. Let me see how it performs during the years

Always count with delivery chaos. Though you will always get your bike and products, though it may take time. The bike package is outstanding well packed. If something is missing in your package Bike Discount will fix it! Just call them even if you are in panick mode, they will help you. And they will solve all the problems fast.

Good selection of products, fair price, good communication channels. It would be even more nice to have the option to select a package box(automat) of the delivdery provider (for example DPD box). I prefer DPD (from bike-discount) because I can redirect the parcel to a box in case I am not available at the delivery address

The only complaint I had is that they auto-complete zip codes with cities, which in my case happened incorrectly. However, it didn't matter too much, as the rest of the address was still correct and I got my package quickly and in great condition. Also the customer service experience I had was quite good.

A very extensive selection within spare parts. Here you'll often be able to find the specific part that seem to be completely unavailable from most other shops. If you're ordering for delivery outside Germany you may experience that the transfer to the handler in your country takes unreasonably long.

Very well-maded domestic bike brand Radon. I ordered Rafon Skeen Trail 7.0, it has very good specification for affordable price. It just needed a few adjustments and was ready to ride. I don't regret a penny spent on this bike :) Also good contact with the store via email.

They have the best prices most of the time, and they have a great selection for whatever you need for your bicycles, whether you ride road, gravel, or mountain bike. There are only a few products that I wish were more readily available, but an overall great selection.

Good; -Purchase was easy, website easy to navigate -Quick shipping Bad; -Support is generally pretty slow -The bike box was beaten to hell; there could have been more support in the box to minimize this time of damage; thankfully, the bike was mostly undamaged.

The first order I made gave me shipping options between DSL and DPD, which was nice as DSL has a drop point where I live. The second order did not give me the option, I had to use DPD and the delivery was quite problematic. Otherwise, evverything was good.

Bike Discount is the reference for bike related articles. Huge article selection at the best price you can get in EU. Also, customer service is premium level, very responsive and helpful. Only thing I would love to see improvements is the delivery delays.

The shop provided an estimate on delivery of an item that wasn't in stock here or any other shop. I've set up an email notification and I've received email one day prior to the estimated date. Order was shipped the same day and got to my place very fast.

My package was damaged by PostNord which I didn’t noticed when signing for handover. Turned out the package was missing a few items. PostNord customer service does not exist. But, Bike-Discount was kind to replace to the missing items at no cost :-)

Good price, flexible returns, good support, overall very good, best online bike shop. Room for improvement: option to combine/merge two orders when still unshipped. A bit more friendly with delivery/returns for other EU states (Baltic :) )

Good prices! Nice and clear eshop. Communication was quite Ok, but flexibility might better for timing of shipping and also when answering technical questions. And also customer approach could be better when claiming broken part.

Purchased MTB tyres I had a hard time finding locally in Canada. Even with the $ conversion and shipping it turned out to be cheaper to order from bike-discount.de. Great experience. My tyre arrived quick only after a few days.
