I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..
Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.
Delivery has been stuck in DHL parcel center Germany for soon 3 weeks. NO support from DHL why delivery not sent. Alternativt contacting seller the informera the will stsrt an investigation, though NO answer yet one week after I asked them to help. No delivery, poor support.

Could not recommend. Delivery ended up being 30 days, should have been max 18 days. Not because of shipping company.
Bike (their own brand) had loose linkage axle bolt behind front sprocket. I missed it also on bolt check. For someone who put this linkage together; You had one job... It just fell off, all other bolts have been tight.
They promised refund for long delivery, havent got it. It has been over a week now.

It took 13 days from order was placed until the order was ready to be shipped, which I think was very long time. The payment also went trough 9 days before the order was ready to be shipped. To my knowledge that is not allowed!
Furthermore DHL that delivers the package didn’t notify me that I had to be home for the delivery until when they were at my address, so I had no chance of being home for that.

I purchased various products shown as available at their website, but after many days of waiting for my purchase to be shipped, I did realized that the products weren't available at their warehouse. I asked them to deliver the products they had available and then send me the rest of the products, but they refused. I came to bike-discount to order some parts and overshoes. Unfortunately, I don't know if and how the overshoes would fit over my shoes, so I ordered several so I could see their quality, but also to see if they would fit (EUR49).
After ordering, I received an email a few days later stating I can't order so many overshoes to simply send back to the store. I was told to remove several overshoes from my order. I'd never experienced this kind of treatment in my life.
I removed two pairs of overshoes, and eventually after two weeks, my order was shipped.
In the mean time, the overshoes I removed my order, i ordered from elsewhere. After receiving and examining all of the overshoes, I went with a pair that I had removed from my bike-discount order - whoops!
I was forced to go shop elsewhere, and as a result bike-discount lost out. As a result, I would rate their customer service as not up to a good standard. Learn to appreciate your customers instead of forcing them into the arms of your competitors.

I order a fidlock 590 bottle 11,45€ and 2 caps for the same bottle 5,18€, plus shipping 14,99€, a total amount of 31,62€. I received the wrong bottle, the smaller fidlock 450, which doesn’t cover my needs. First you offered me to refund the difference of two bottles 3,12€. After I reject your offer you refund 11,45€. The result is that I bear the cost of 20,17€, to keep a useless for me bottle that I didn’t order and two caps for the same bottle, because of your mistake.
