Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem. First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop. Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Really bad customer service Bought a Shimano Groupset R7100 mechanical and got the wrong cassette in the box now they refuse to replace the cassette Cassette that came in the box is called CS-R7100 and is for electronic di system and not suitable for mechanical system... Cassette I should have received is called CS-R7101 Have emailed the compatibility chart which proves that the cassette does not

Brooks scape full frame bag had a really poor quality bottom zipper and it broke on the first trip. Customer service did not want to refund the bag but wanted me to send the product back to be checledand stated that it would necessarily lead to a refund. Please note that bikediscount does not make it easy to use warranty and they let me understand that tgey reserve the right to check the product and decide whether it is a warranty case or not.

I never received my parcel. DHL couldn't deliver it for some mistake and I was told by you to take contact with DHL and Posti to solve this problem. I paid home delivery and it should be in your hands to clear delivery problems. I suggest you send me the ordered parcel once again. XT Brakes not brand new

Ordered a new pair of XT Brakes and one of them was not brand new (maybe a return). This was the first time this happened and I hope it won't happen again. I had to cut the hose (was too short for my bike) and fit brand new ones. Bike Discount covered the new hose but the labour and mineral oil was on me.

They used wrong delivery code for the shipment and the parcel couldn't be dispatched by DHL. They wouldn't send a new one but made me wait until the package was returned to them so they could resend it. Three weeks in and no delivery of the goods to me.

I ordered a battery charger for my e bike, I said the make, the model and two times they sent the wrong one. I spent € 50 on postage so bike discount was not a good experience I ended up going to the shop and spending more money and lost €50

In our webshop we inform you transparently in several places about the assumption of the return costs. In the case of justified complaints, we will of course cover the full shipping costs, regardless of the country. We ask for your understanding!

Made an order, they took my money then cancelled the order saying they couldn’t deliver to me and apologised for any inconvenience, we’ll apology not accepted because it caused me a great deal of inconvenience

unfair pricing practice

Prices that are with the goods should be final prices, if not then there should be information why it was raised, this is an unfair practice. As a result, prices that should really be competitive are not.

Actually, the prices should already be adjusted if you have selected the correct country of delivery. Ideally, you should log in to your customer account before making a purchase.
