I have used Bike-discount a few times.. at first I wasn't sure if it was a scam because they were a lot cheaper but the delivery to UK is always really fast with great comms.. I have never had any issues and now happily recommend to friends.. the only issue for some might be the 150Euro minimum spend.. for me it just means I buy more..

Ordered a saddle with carbon rails and received another model with manganese rails; after 3 weeks that item appears as out of stock even though they stated that after I will send back the wrong saddle they will replace it. If they won't solve this in a reasonable way I will file a ECCNET complaint and never order again from them.

Recently, I have ordered a carbon wheelset ( vision sc 40) , there was a damage in one of the wheels. Then , I ordered pirelli p zero tyres. The tyres were too old !

Problems getting packets to Finland with proper packet information. My house has a pin code which is not delivered and also phone number missi g. Customer service not good either. Last time I cancelled few wrong items, but they sent them anyway and I cannot return them without paying.

Had problems with delivery. Bike-Discount somehow managed not to deliver my phone number (which I correctly typer to my order…). Contacted Bike-Discount, which solved the problem by sending me only a phone number (which cost to call…) to solve my own problems. The guy at the Bike-Discount customer service was kind of rude. Not going to order anything from here probably.

Estimated time of shipment was shorter then actual time, and is quite long: 3 weeks for the bike. The prices shown are estimates and should be adjusted to the selected country of shipping, before ading them to cart.

Very bad experience with bike discount! When we order and pay the product their web showe "on stock". After 4 days we got email that the product (DuraAce brake set) is not in stock....And bla bla bla, so hiw sorry they are. Very very unprofessional, not shame to say criminal. They are selling the air in such cases we may conclude. We explained this bad experience to our Rog cycling club in Ljubljana and reccoment to avoid bike discout.

(An archived description needed, when the item is deleted from the store). - Items from the orders list are not linked to their page on the website. - Orders don't have a "status" (e.g. processing, shipped, delivered/completed). - Completed orders do not have a "leave a review" button. - Email sale letters are in German lang., links also redirect to German localization. - The website and its design feels outdated. - The website often is slow, sometimes very slow (server response). - Very short logged in session expire time. - Every time session expires, I have to set my country again.

Scam! Bought a groupset and received an empty box. Customer service is an absolute joke to deal with and not helpful at all. Update: Received refund, but only after threatening to take the issue to credit card company. Didn't even receive apology. Wouldn't call it exactly amicable, but they have to try to make themselves look good. Can't recommend bike-discount.de to anyone
