Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

I'm a long-time customer here, and ordered parts needed for a 2 month bike holiday. The parcel company lost the parcel and sent me a confirmation mail that they have for sure lost the parcel. I've contacted bike-discount 4 times now and they refuse to answer. I've made it clear that I need this parcel urgently (have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now). The only answer I get is: "we will come back to you via mail". Via mail they sent a standard message that the parcel company has not yet contacted them... Any other online shop I know would already have resent the package. Customer satisfaction is not very important. This will have been my last purchase here

free returns

If you sell to some country, offer free returns. It is discrimination if you offer free returns only for some customers. Even more if customer pays €12,50 postage for small package. Bike24 have free returns and €9,99 postage. They even return whole price included the postage to the customer. bikemailorder do not offer free returns, but they somehow manage to have only €4,50 postage You have better prices then bike 24, but not so much to be worth it, if I can't try on the clothes and return the ones that don't fit for free. At least have a decency to announce no free returns somewhere as warning, before an order is placed. Not in *add-on, on end of FAQ as exclusion: (*valid for the countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria. Should you return goods to us on the basis of a revocation from a country not listed here, you will bear the shipping costs.)

Prices are hard to find out, one price shown on the goods but when you check out the prices are corrected to higher prices, that is very annoying. When asking support about why that is, no response at all, not good customer support. Besides that ok.

Add possibility to international courier.

Only thing I’d like to be different, is the selection of couriers. When shipping outside Germany both DHL (Deutsche post ) and DPD hands the package over to the local post service - from experience this causes several days of delay and uncertainty. It would be better if you could add international courriers like GLS with them it is easier to track and have packages delivered to a service point.

No delivery yet even after 3 weeks. Almost 21 days now and package still not delivered. Shipping services could be improved and tracked for customer to know the status. DHL site doesn’t say anything expect “ready for air freight” for last 2 weeks.

Make it clearer that taxes will be applied. I went through the sale process to the point of checkout and nowhere was it indicated that anything other than shipping would be applied to the order.
