Order some bike parts/tools in 7.05.2024 and received the order on 14.05.2024 with missing item inside, so I refuse the order and contact the seller(bike-discount.de) until 28.05 they did nothing to refund the money or to resolve the problem.
First time in 9 years of orders from this webshop.
Beware of this, if IT happens to you, never refuse the order because you will lose money and the remaining items from the order.

Items in stock are actually in stock, so that is good. Shipoing is fast, but a bit pricey compared to other shops. I asked for the price match service on one of tge items and never got any response on that. So not so good on that regard

Only claim is that I ordered kickstand together with bike, however Bike Discount didn't discover that the fittings of kickstand i ordered didn't match the fittings on the bike. So I had to return the kickstand and order the right one.

This order everything went well, items just like expected, and normal delivery time with DPD courier, unfortunately the order before took more than two weeks for the items to arrive but the problem was with the DHL courier.

The bike i ordered was not fine tuned - seems like no one actually even tried to ride it, poor assembly quality. Belt drive system was touching the cable, touching the chain guard and was making noises during the ride

The item is in perfect condition. However, the item was not shipped directly by DHL but was transferred to Speed Post and took 3 weeks to be sent to Hong Kong, therefore, I only gave it 4 stars.
