Very efficient and well packed. The prices were also fair. The only minus point is regarding the delivery time. One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier. We also used the same transport company. This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster. Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!

price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)

Costly returns

I order some clothing, but it was too big for me, so I wanted to return it. However, the shipping costs for the return need to be born by me. The cost is about 30€, so it'll be way cheaper to go to a tailor and try to fix the garment. It's the first time I need to pay to return goods bought online

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning goods from every country. If the complaint is justified, we will of course cover the costs for the return shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return costs from Spain for selection orders and similar transactions. We inform our customers transparently on our website about our return conditions and therefore ask for their understanding.

Good, but by benefit of the doubt

The good: friendly and helpful customer service. Painless repair refund. Less good: not sure if due to the lack of Quality Control at the Cube bikes end or that during assembly Bike Dicount did not pay attention; gearhub assembly was not ok. Had to bring the bike to my local bike shop to fix it.

Ordered set of wheels.....arrived in damaged box ..incorrect packaging of the item..marks on the wheel hubs....contacted Bike-discount....they said it was couriers problem...NO MORE EMAILS FROM Bike-discount after that point. EXTRAORDINARILY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.......NEVER AGAIN

Problems getting packets to Finland with proper packet information. My house has a pin code which is not delivered and also phone number missi g. Customer service not good either. Last time I cancelled few wrong items, but they sent them anyway and I cannot return them without paying.

Pros & Cons

Pros: Wide selection of products Cons: 1.It takes a really long time to get answer from customer service. Sometimes it is easier to order from somewhere else than wait for your reply. 2. No free returning from Finland - you should give us at least some kind of flat rate return option.

Good price, slow delivery

Wide selection of mtb parts with reasonable price. Delivery times were much slower than they estimated. Took 3 work days to ship products that were in stock. EU shipping with dpd is rubbish. They kept the products 4-5 work days in the parcel center at my home town before I got them.

Improve your return policy. Return label should be included as most shops offer. Horrible that I should pay for my own return! Pay as much for a return shipping as the item cost, so there was no point of returning. So money down the drain. Wont return as a customer unfortunately.

Once I ordered here Fox 36 Performance fork. But I recieved Fox 36 Rhythm fork that is worse than I ordered. Bike-Discount refused to refund the difference in price. And we did find no solution for now. I think Bike-Discount is not very good shop. They don't look what they send

DHL Delivery Mistake

I ve got the order in a short time and without any trouble. But DHL did not arrange any delivery date and just put it in front of my apartment without inform me. They got no confirmation from my side. This sth you should check with them and improve your online shopping. Thanks

Pick, pack & ship times

Delivery times to Finland have gotten a lot worse during the past year or so, but the product range and and pricing is still good. Good thing about the deliveries is the green DHL option though. However, due to 7 or 7+ days wait, I find myself shipping elsewhere more nowdays.

Delivery has been stuck in DHL parcel center Germany for soon 3 weeks. NO support from DHL why delivery not sent. Alternativt contacting seller the informera the will stsrt an investigation, though NO answer yet one week after I asked them to help. No delivery, poor support.

Time for response. My package got stuck for few weeks and once I contacted you, it got solved quite fast but the time for response via email is super slow. I had to make a phone call and push. Now my fork had some issues and I am waiting for their answer. Again, too slow!!!

Shipping to the US takes an eternity

The shipper they use doesn't process shipments to the US very well. It's been over 3 weeks since my order - a simple freehub - and I still haven't received it. I've ordered product from the UK, Germany, China and elsewhere outside the US and never had it take so long.

2 stars because DHL doesn't brings the package to the client, They hands it over to the local post and it wastes too much time. In addition, the cost of DHL is too high so that they do not carry out the complete service. I haven't received the package yet.

Incomplete shipping label

The shipping address was incomplete on the label and I had to chase the package with several messages and calls to the company. I have checked the order and wrote the address correctly. I don't know why the label was incomplete but it wasn't my fault.

Prices are hard to find out, one price shown on the goods but when you check out the prices are corrected to higher prices, that is very annoying. When asking support about why that is, no response at all, not good customer support. Besides that ok.
