Very efficient and well packed.
The prices were also fair.
The only minus point is regarding the delivery time.
One day after this order, we bought some different products at a competitor (also German) and their products arrived 2 days earlier.
We also used the same transport company.
This wasn't that bad but comparing companies we would say that the competitor worked internally faster.
Despite it, we strongly recommend bike-discount.de!!
price of the bikes are good but no emails saying you have bought it and the waiting time to recieve it 20 to 26 days :-( bought an ebike there 11days again and havent heard anyhting yet (no email saying thanks for.... or we will ship your bike asap ......)
Delivery of the first bike was within suggested timeframe but there couple of issues regarding assembly of the product. Not a big deal but they should have been taken care and corrected at pre- delivery check and service.

Everything has always gone smoothly and quickly and as promised.
The time from order registration and till you send out is to long and the time I received my order it took 10 days. And I paid extra for the deliverance but for what is that good for? I have shop with you many times but the last two to three ordets have simply been to slow. I have commented it before but with no respons from you

Too high shipping cost to Finland 15€. I would suggest 5€ so it is easier to order smaller items.You can easily add true shipping costs to prices and maybe negotiate cheaper shipping contracts abroad.

Slow delivery
Bike delivery it took 3 weeks. Initial estimation was 9-16 days. Everything looks good, looking forward to test the bike.
